What does this site collect?
This is a static website. Browsing it doesn’t require an account and doesn’t collect personal information beyond the standard, anonymized server logs our hosting provider keeps for security and reliability.
If you use the box on our contact page, what you type is sent to this site when you submit it: your message, your name, your email address, and the optional note about what kind of help you need. We store it so that we don’t lose it, and it is emailed to contact@phronesislabs.net so we can reply. If that submission fails, the form falls back to opening your own email app with the same message, which you then choose to send.
If you email us directly, we collect only what you send us, so we can reply.
We keep what you send for 30 days, then delete it, unless you are in an ongoing conversation with us about it or you have asked us to keep it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
How do we use it?
We use what you send us solely to respond to you and to improve what we build. We don’t sell it, rent it, or trade it. We don’t send marketing email you didn’t ask for.
What about cookies and analytics?
This site uses two analytics tools to see which pages are useful: Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies, and Plausible, which does not. We don’t set advertising cookies and we don’t run cross site advertising trackers.
What about your other products?
Some of our tools live on their own websites and may collect information needed to do their job. Each tool explains its own practices on its own site. This policy covers phronesislabs.net.
What choices do you have?
You can reach us any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email hello@phronesislabs.net.
